After 10 years on lees this sparkling really has the “french” feel. Brioche notes, a hint of sweetness (no added sugar) , lemon zest, tingling acidity, ethereal. A medium mousse sets it off very well. Bottled in 2022 for the cellar door opening so tis very “fresh” and bubbly!
